Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Kris brings a global perspective and more than 13 years of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, corporate engagement, and ERG (Employee Resource Group) strategy. Their leadership is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the power of community. Whether leading a workshop or holding space for dialogue, Kris encourages honest storytelling and deeper connection.
They are the founder of Advocates Empowered, a community-based organization dedicated to connecting, resourcing, and uplifting members of the disabled and neurodivergent community. Through this work, Kris continues to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
